For special orders requiring particular fibers or dyes to be acquired by the artist before weaving can commence, a 50% deposit is required. It is non-refundable as the suppliers to the artist are also non-refundable. 

The artist maintains consistent communication (in text, or e mail, and/or images) with the client to assure client and artist expectations are met - proactively.  If there is going to be a surprise, let it be delight! 

Given the nature of artwork, there are no returns.

Shipping includes tarrifs (applied by shipper) and insurance (if requested). Post and DHL are available from the artist’s location.

A consultation may be very useful for coordinating a fabric texture, pattern and color, with an environment, such as a table runner with a room decor. Consultation is free for the first hour. $75 per hour after. Ultimately, the purpose of a consultation is to select the best material, pattern, texture for the outcome desired. A collaborative discussion helps bring best choice into focus.
